Chat Dewar bottle MC450MP MCR liquid nitrogen tank
The Dura Cylinder Dewar flask liquid nitrogen tank from Chater is mainly designed for efficient liquid nitrogen supply and gas utilization, using liquid storage and efficient gas supply, and has been widely used in the fields of laser cutting and analytical instruments. The internal vaporization pipeline of the 200 liter and 450 liter Chater Dewar flasks has been effectively utilized in this usage environment. The pressure regulation system and internal vaporization coil of the combined pressure regulator can achieve a gas output of 15.1 cubic meters per hour and maintain stability. Moreover, the Chater Dewar flask uses liquid storage, which has a longer storage time, lower static volatilization rate, and higher effective utilization rate. Its exceptional insulation structure results in minimal or no product loss over a period of time.
Product advantages:
The liquid nitrogen Dewar flask is mainly composed of a tank body, monitoring device, safety device, pressure balancing circuit, valves, and other accessories. Its main control valve group and joints are installed at the top of the tank body for easy operation and can be connected to various standard sized hoses.
The inner and outer tanks of the main structure of the tank are mainly made of austenitic stainless steel. The internal high vacuum insulation material is used for insulation, and after vacuum treatment, the vacuum layer is insulated from the thermal insulation. The thickness of the vacuum layer is 25mm, which is durable.
3 combination pressure control regulation, ultra-low vaporization loss. The LCCM combination pressure regulating valve has been calibrated; Specially designed for Chart; Integrating turbocharging and economic return; Readable, mechanically adjustable structure. The Chart pressure regulating valve can directly read the pressure of the boosting circuit under the regulating cap.
The 4-chart 450 Dewar flask liquid nitrogen tank is a frame structure that is easy to transport and fix by forklift, and can also provide maximum protection for the bottle body.
5 Chart 450 Dewar flasks use differential pressure level gauges with high monitoring accuracy.

Instructions for using the four Chater Dewar flasks
A、 Using Gas
Connect the gas pipeline to the joint of the gas usage valve, and use two wrenches to tighten the joint to prevent loosening and air leakage.
2. Open the pressure increasing valve of the Dewar flask and place it in automatic pressure regulation mode.
Open the gas usage valve and start supplying gas to the gas consuming equipment.
If not used for a long time, close the gas usage valve and pressure boosting valve to avoid waste.
After use, close all valves on the Dewar flask to prevent air and its impurities from entering the flask and causing contamination.
6. Remove the pipeline connected to the gas use valve. When loosening the pipeline, it is necessary to ensure that the gas in the pipeline has been emptied, and use two wrenches to prevent loosening the joint, which may cause air leakage.
B、 Liquid usage
Connect the liquid pipeline to the joint of the liquid valve, and use two wrenches to tighten the joint to prevent loosening and air leakage.
2. Open the pressure increasing valve of the Dewar flask and put it in automatic pressure regulation mode. However, for users who use low-pressure tanks or take liquid nitrogen for freezing, the pressure increasing valve can be opened and closed according to the speed of liquid nitrogen extraction to choose the appropriate pressure, but generally the pressure should not exceed 0.2Mpa.
Slowly start the liquid valve and start taking the liquid.
If not in use, close the liquid valve and booster valve to avoid waste.
After use, close all valves on the Dewar flask to prevent air and its impurities from entering the flask and causing contamination.
6. Remove the pipeline connected to the liquid valve. When loosening the pipeline, it is necessary to ensure that the gas inside the pipeline has been emptied, and use two wrenches to prevent loosening the joint, which may cause air leakage at the joint.
Five safety points for storage and use
The storage and use area must maintain sufficient ventilation to prevent nitrogen and argon gas leakage or discharge, which may cause hypoxia and suffocation; Prevent oxygen leakage or discharge, which can lead to the formation of oxygen enrichment and easily cause surrounding substances to catch fire.
-Storage and use areas must be kept away from sources of fire, heat, and corrosive substances.
When using liquids, it is necessary to wear leather gloves or insulated gloves to operate low-temperature components and keep them dry to prevent frostbite of the skin on the hands.
When taking liquid nitrogen from a Dewar flask for freezing, it is necessary to wear a face mask to prevent liquid nitrogen from flying and freezing the facial skin and eyes.
4. Components such as pipelines, joints, and sealing materials used in oxygen must not contain grease and must be compatible with oxygen.
